About this place
This tiny house offers breathtaking ocean views and tons of attractions on Phillip Island. Catch the sunset together with little penguins that come ashore in groups or watch track motorcycle and car racing. You will never run out of activities to do around our tiny house.
Located in a town at Southern Victoria, Australia in the Gippsland region formed as a fishing village, it is also notable as the town on the mainland end of the bridge to Phillip Island.

The space
The tiny house offers guests a comfortable stay with its well-equipped kitchenette complete with air-conditioning and heating. There is a queen sized bed up in the loft and a sofa bed on the ground floor, which can be converted to a single bed size. It can sleep 2 adults (in the loft) and 1 child (on the sofa bed) comfortably.

The kitchenette has everything you need to cook your light meals with. A portable cooker, cookware, cooking utensils, cutlery, dishes & silverware, microwave and even a mini fridge. The portable cooker can be kept in the drawers when not in use to maximise space.

We have a full bathroom with a flush toilet (connected to septic tank), basin and shower. Water is gas heated for your use.

If you're using your own soap, shampoo, tooth paste, we ask that you bring biodegradable ones so that the grey water runoff does not harm the environment. Thank you!

Guest access
Guests will have access to our tiny house and the surroundings.

There is a private beach at the end of the property, only 200 meters from the tiny house. A better and more sandy beach is about 1 km away.

Other things to note
– Please note that this is a working farm and from time to time there will be an ongoing farm activities/enhancement from 8am to 4:30pm. Work site is just 100 meters away from the tiny house. Please expect some minimal noise due to the works ongoing
– There is another tiny house on this property which is also rented out, so expect some company from other guests. Some areas are shared
– No pets allowed as we have cattle on our farm property
– Mobile reception is available
– Outdoor fire pit is available for use. Firewood will be provided free
– We are situated in the countryside and you may encounter insects such as spiders throughout your stay as these are part of the natural ecosystem of the bush
