Formel B + Lillero = Lille B Yes, you got that right. We’ve teamed up with the people behind Formel B, the world-renowned Copenhagen restaurant with the longest-held Michelin star in Danish history. The founders are personally tied to the area around Høve Strand and their long-time employees, Lasse and Lois, are the executive chefs who will be crafting little miracles at Lillero. The menu changes on a daily basis but is always based on ingredients sourced from local farms, fields, and fishermen. All meals are served family style in a casual and cozy manner beneath the canopy – and we consider the collab pretty much a perfect match. You see, when crafting the Lillero experience, our goal wasn’t simply to heal our guests through nature. We also wanted to make sure our guest – whether they’re staying the night or just grabbing a bite – would get to experience delectable, wholesome food. “Love of raw produce and quality is the essence of good food whether it is or isn’t Michelin-starred,” as one of the Formel B founders puts it.
