Camping spot description
We live directly by the North Sea, on the edge of National Park Thy, by Cold Hawaii's northernmost surf spot and in Denmark's last wilderness. Hanstholm Camping is located in a very special nature with many protections. Here is high to the sky, fresh air and from the square there is the opportunity to both watch the sun rise from the North Sea and go down into the North Sea. We use solar energy to heat the large water park, the service buildings and some of the cabins.

Do you want to go camping in North Jutland and have nature experiences in large format? Hanstholm Camping - Thy Holiday Park is located directly on the North Sea, on the edge of National Park Thy and in Denmark's last wilderness. Here is sky, sea and horizon. High ceilings, fresh air, deserted dune landscapes and panoramic sea views.

The campsite has 450 pitches, of which 325 have their own electricity, water and drainage. Several large pitches and many pitches with sea views. As the campsite faces north, you can, as something very special from the campsite, both see the sun rise from the North Sea and go down into the North Sea.

At the campsite you will find a large outdoor, solar-heated water park with baby pool, children's pool, swimming pool and surfhill. Our own stable, Stald Vinur, offers horseback riding and riding holidays along the North Sea on Icelandic horses. In high season you can also visit the rabbit farm, get to know ponies in the pony school, get a ride on an Icelandic horse or take part in various sports activities.

Year-round open campsite.
