At Bakkegaarden's glamping you get a unique glamping experience by our own private lake. Here you can enjoy the starry night sky and cozy up around the fire and wake up to birdsong and lake views. You can experience nature and wildlife up close, while you relax and enjoy each other's company. The lake is private, and access is only for you and our guests, so you will experience a very special tranquility and nature experiences with a large area just for you.

Homemade breakfast brunch and a box of firewood are included in the stay. In the morning, you collect your breakfast, and if you want, you can boil water for campfire coffee/tea yourself. The breakfast consists, among other things, of home-baked buns with delicacies from our own vegetable garden and local products.

You will stay at Camp Ræven, which is our largest tent, 6 m in diameter and very spacious. The tent is furnished with a double bed (140x200), two mattresses for extra bedding, a table and a seating area as well as various furnishings with everything you need, such as crockery, extra blankets etc.  The tent is made of a material that ensures that the indoor climate is always pleasant without being too hot or humid.

You have access to a toilet and outdoor kitchen with water, where you will find the necessary things to prepare food over a fire or gas burner. There is a cooler. It is possible to bathe outdoors with a "camp shower", where the sun has heated the water.

There is a hammock where you can enjoy the silence under the shade of the trees and the view of the lake.

You have your own private area with fire pit, awning and table/bench set.

Solar cells have been set up which illuminate the tent, toilet and outdoor kitchen as well as LED battery lamps.

It is possible, for a fee, to fish in the lake, where perch and trout can be caught. Gear can also be rented. It is also possible for the adults to take a cool dip in the lake.

Also visit our small stall, where it is possible to buy extra firewood, local delicacies, fleas and much more.

When you arrive, you park on the farm. Here you will be given a trailer on which you can transport your luggage. It's about. 450 m up to the lake, and on the walk up there, you get into gear and experience the nature and the area that opens up for you.

We have three glamping tents by the lake and a small holiday apartment on the farm.

Children under 2 years are free in their parents' bed. Please note this when booking if you are bringing children under the age of two. It must be agreed in advance if the use of a baby bed is desired.

The area is known for its beautiful areas, hiking and cycling routes and churches. We are centrally located on Zealand, and there are approx. 1 hour to Copenhagen, Odense and Malmö. Approx. 15 minutes' drive from here you will find Denmark's largest outlet town, as well as exciting culture and history.

Along the roads you can experience horses, cows, rolling fields and small roadside stalls where you can buy local delicacies.
