    Secret tip
Situated just a 100 meter walk from a unique stretch of unspoilt coastline the Casa de Playa offers the ultimate relaxed holiday experience. Situated in the heart of a protected beach dune reserve area, Casa de Playa offers intimacy, privacy and tranquility, yet is still only a 5 minute drive from all the amenities available in the nearest town of Oliva and little else. an hour's drive from any of the airports of Valencia or Alicante.
A typical beach villa renovated to offer open spaces both inside and out. Situated in its own secure garden oasis with lawns, terraces, palm trees and ample secure parking for 2-4 cars.

Oliva is located in the region of La Safor, province of Valencia. The well-preserved old town, a Christian town and a Moorish suburb, sits on a hill around the ruins of the old castle of Santa Ana, visible from the beach house and illuminated at night.

The beach house occupies a unique and privileged position within a protected coastal park. The park has orange trees, wild evening primrose and orchids, cacti and aloes, birds of prey, egrits and turtles. Stunning white sand beaches nestled against a backdrop of verdant mountains and valleys.

The Mediterranean Sea offers long, shallow sandy shores, calm in the morning and windy in the afternoon, ideal for kitesurfers.
