The Yellow Carriage is an old circus wagon that has been carefully renovated with recycled materials with a solar panel that powers the interior lighting and USB charging, providing a guaranteed flicker-free environment. 

The farm is surrounded by fields and forests with nice walking paths and the beaches of Österlen 30 minutes away by car. 
This is the place for those looking for simple but comfortable accommodation in a rural environment located in the middle of Skåne. 

Cycle route 102 passes by and we are a certified Bike Point. 

The wagon was last used in the 1950s by the touring circus worker Stig from Sillaröd and is now located in an open meadow with unobstructed views in two directions. 

It has been completely renovated with recycled materials and is free of unnecessary details to create as quiet and distraction-free an environment as possible. Inside there is a double bed with natural bedding, as well as a table with stools and a bench. 

There is no built-in heating in the caravan, but blankets are provided to keep you warm. The caravan does not have 230V electricity, but it is possible to charge your computer at your outdoor kitchen under cover. A solar panel supplies the caravan with simple lighting and the possibility of USB charging.

The toilet is a classic outdoor toilet, about 30 meters from the caravan. The shared outdoor shower with hot water is about 20 meters away, and it is sometimes also used by the volunteers who currently live on the farm and help out.

Everything is built with recycled materials.

Please note that the caravan is located on a meadow that belongs to the farm, and the nearest building is a barn, about 50 meters away, where your outdoor kitchen is also located and which is under cover, equipped for both cooking and meals. This kitchen is built into a barn wall, 50 meters from the caravan. Volunteers also sometimes live in the barn connection. However, they are not in your kitchen and it is secluded but you are not completely alone in the area.

However, the caravan and its surroundings are completely private for you during your stay.

There is no wifi but there is good reception for mobile phones. 
Electrical outlets with built-in USB outlets are in the kitchen and by the double bed for easy charging.

You can take public transport to the village of Kölleröd by bus from Hörby. From the Kölleröd stop it is about 200 meters to the accommodation.
