Cancellation policies

At Campanyon, hosts have the flexibility to choose from 6 different cancellation policies—so you’re always in control of how cancellations are handled.

Super flexible

Cancellation less than 24 hours before check-in: Guest receives no refund. Host receives full payout (minus host fee). Cancellation at least 24 hours before check-in: Guest receives full refund (minus guest fee). Host receives no payout. Date change: Free date change can be requested up to 24 hours before check-in.

Flexible

Cancellation less than 7 days before check-in: Guest receives no refund. Host receives full payout (minus host fee). Cancellation at least 7 days before check-in: Guest receives full refund (minus guest fee). Host receives no payout. Date Change: Free date change can be requested up to 7 days before check-in.

Moderate

Cancellation less than 14 days before check-in: Guest receives no refund. Host receives full payout (minus host fee). Cancellation at least 14 days before check-in: Guest receives full refund (minus guest fee). Host receives no payout. Date change: Free date change can be requested up to 14 days before check-in.

Strict

Cancellation less than 14 days before check-in: Guest receives no refund. Host receives full payout (minus host fee). Cancellation between 14 and 30 days before check-in: Guest receives 50% refund (minus guest fees). Host receives 50% payout (minus host fee). Cancellation at least 30 days before check-in: Guest receives full refund (minus guest fee). Host receives no payout. Date change: Free date change can be requested up to 30 days before check-in.

Super strict

Cancellation less than 30 days before check-in: Guest receives no refund. Host receives full payout (minus host fee). Cancellation between 30 and 60 days before check-in: Guest receives 50% refund (minus guest fee). Host receives 50% payout (minus host fee). Cancellation at least 60 days before check-in: Guest receives full refund (minus guest fee). Host receives no payout. Date Change: Free date change can be requested up to 60 days before check-in.

Non-refundable

No refund at any time. If more than 14 days before check-in, dates may be changed. If less than 14 days, host approval for date change is required.
The cancellation policy corresponds with the check-in date and time.
Important note: When a host accepts a booking, they are committed to honouring it. Because of this, there is no cancellation policy for hosts. If it is absolutely necessary to cancel a booking - as a result of an acute illness, accident, or death in the immediate family - please reach out to us by
