What is the Campanyon cancellation policy?

At Campanyon, hosts can choose between 5 cancellation policies:
  • Super Flexible
    Cancellation less than 24 hours before check-in:
    Guest receives no refund. Host receives full payout (minus Campanyon fees). Cancellation at least 24 hours before check-in:
    Guest receives full refund (minus service fees). Host receives no payout. Date Change:
    Allowed for free if requested at least 24 hours before check-in.
  • Flexible
    Cancellation less than 7 days before check-in:
    Guest receives no refund. Host receives full payout (minus Campanyon fees). Cancellation at least 7 days before check-in:
    Guest receives full refund (minus service fees). Host receives no payout. Date Change:
    Allowed for free if requested at least 7 days before check-in.
  • Moderate
    Cancellation less than 14 days before check-in:
    Guest receives no refund. Host receives full payout (minus Campanyon fees). Cancellation at least 14 days before check-in:
    Guest receives full refund (minus service fees). Host receives no payout. Date Change:
    Allowed for free if requested at least 14 days before check-in.
  • Strict
    Cancellation less than 14 days before check-in:
    Guest receives no refund. Host receives full payout (minus Campanyon fees). Cancellation between 14 and 30 days before check-in:
    Guest receives 50% refund (minus service fees). Host receives 50% payout (minus Campanyon fees). Cancellation at least 30 days before check-in:
    Guest receives full refund (minus service fees). Host receives no payout. Date Change:
    Allowed for free if requested at least 30 days before check-in.
  • Super strict
    Cancellation less than 30 days before check-in:
    Guest receives no refund. Host receives full payout (minus Campanyon fees). Cancellation between 30 and 60 days before check-in:
    Guest receives 50% refund (minus service fees). Host receives 50% payout (minus Campanyon fees). Cancellation at least 60 days before check-in:
    Guest receives full refund (minus service fees). Host receives no payout. Date Change:
    Allowed for free if requested at least 60 days before check-in.
  • Non-refundable
    More than 14 days before check-in:
    Guest may change the date of their stay. No refunds available. Less than 14 days before check-in:
    Non-refundable. Guest will not receive a refund, and date changes are not allowed without acceptance from the host.
  • The cancellation policy corresponds with the check-in date and time.Important note: When a host accepts a booking, they are committed to honouring it. Because of this, there is no cancellation policy for hosts.
