How do Campanyon Gift Cards work?
- Campanyon's gift cards are sent by email.
- The person who receives the gift card can instantly use the credit on the gift card.
- When the receiver makes a booking, the amount from the gift card will be deducted from the booking price when using the code at the booking checkout. Leftover credit will remain on your gift card for future use.
- A gift card expires 12 months after the purchase date.

Are there any additional charges on Gift Cards?

We don't charge additional costs for the purchase of a gift card.

Can I check the balance of a gift card?

Of course! Simply click on 'Check your gift card balance' at the bottom of the the gift card checkout page and insert your code. When and to whom will my gift card be sent? Our digital gift cards get delivered via email. You can choose who receives the email (either you or the intended recipient) and when (immediately, or on a specific date/time).

Does Campanyon offer physical gift cards?

We don't offer the service of sending physical gift cards, but you send the gift card to yourself and print the gift card after purchasing it.

Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash (except where required by law).

Campanyon Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or resold.

The Gift Card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

The credit on the Gift Card can be used partially or fully depending on the booking value.

There is no limit to the amount of credit that can be added to a Gift Card balance.

Campanyon reserves the right to cancel any gift card if it suspects fraud or unauthorized activity.
