Cottage with FANTASTIC view and location with very good sun conditions. Sun until about 10:30 PM midsummer! Private shoreline and dock. Only 30-40 min to Oslo, 20 min to Hønefoss. Shops (Sundvollen) and liquor store (Vik) just 5-10 min away.

The cottage is especially suitable for families and guests who want peaceful days in scenic surroundings. This is a place for relaxation, quality time, and closeness to nature - not for parties and loud gatherings.

The cottage has electricity and water and all facilities. Size approx. 75 sqm and includes a living room and open kitchen solution, hallway, a large bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. The small bedroom has a bunk bed with a wide lower part (120 cm).

In addition to the 2 bedrooms in the main cottage, there is an annex which is the 3rd bedroom. If this 3rd bedroom is desired to be used, it must be booked as an addition. This is done by notifying us about it. The additional price for the annex is NOK 600,- as a one-time fee. The annex has a simple standard and contains a single bed and a bunk bed. Beyond that, there are no facilities in the annex.

There are complete sets of duvets and pillows in the cottage, but you must bring your own bed linen and towels. Kitchen towels and cloths in the kitchen are included. However, if you cannot bring your own, you can rent bed linen for NOK 150,- per set per person.

Heating cables in the bathroom and living room/kitchen. There is WiFi and the area has good 4G and 5G mobile coverage. TV with Viasat and various channels.

Bathroom with shower. Toilet is of the type Cinderella incineration toilet.

Outdoor area/terraces with plenty of space and outdoor furniture. Very large plot with (mostly) natural land. Private beach with dock.
