This modern mountain cabin from 2021 is located in beautiful Brokke, Rysstad. Here you can enjoy a fantastic view through large floor-to-ceiling windows, framing the magnificent surroundings of Løefjell and Setesdalen. In the summer months, sheep often graze nearby, providing an authentic feel of Norwegian nature. When the snow settles in winter, you can simply strap on your skis right outside the door to explore ski slopes or groomed cross-country trails.

The cabin is family-friendly and comfortable, with four bedrooms, a spacious living room equipped with a sofa group and wood stove, as well as a loft filled with activities for children, such as TV, Lego, board games, and puzzles. With a heat pump providing stable warmth and a fireplace for extra coziness, the cabin is perfect for two families. There is a full bathroom with toilet and shower, and you will find an extra toilet on the second floor. — in total, there is space for ten people, but we recommend that a maximum of eight adults stay here.

Activities in the area:

Brokke is a year-round destination with various activities depending on the season. In the summer, swimming in the pools is popular, or how about climbing one of the via ferrata routes in the area? You will find both frisbee golf, mini golf, playground, bike path, and ball court at the Brokke activity center. Bring your fishing rod in your backpack and hike into Austheiene or take one of the many mountain hikes in the area.

In winter, there is ski in/out access to Brokke ski center and a short distance to 50 km of groomed cross-country trails into the mountains.

Drive over Suleskarveien, but drive carefully as there are many sheep along the road. The road is open from about May 20 to November 1.
75 minutes to Evje where you can go rafting or take a trip to the Mineral Park.
90 minutes to Lysefjorden, how about hiking Kjerrangbolten or taking the boat out to Flørli and climbing the 4444 steps to the top?
75 minutes to Hovden. Visit Hovden mountain bath, which is fun for both children and adults. A fantastic pool above the ski trails and a sauna with a view.
