A nice large counter top with a Nespresso machine and toaster and small oven. There is a separate large walk-in closet for clothes and belongings with a nice large dressing mirror. In the living room a table with comfortable chairs and a sofa opposite the somewhat spacious TV.

A lovely enclosed garden with espalier trees between you and the neighboring chalet and an attractive payot. In the payot you can eat outside in the early morning, but if you are looking for shade or the weather is a bit less, then you will be comfortable, cozy and dry here. In the evening it is romantic dining with the grill plate and a glass of wine on the summer evenings.
