What an incredible find! My fiancé, our dog, and I stayed here 2 nights and enjoyed every second. The Mountain Farm overlooks the stunning Bygstad valley below, and above are easy to access hiking trails . It's a cozy home where we enjoyed cooking, the wood-burning fireplace, and of course, soaking in the outdoor heated tub while taking in the views. What a unique experience! The home itself has really cool history, and feels like stepping back in time with it's traditional Norwegian decor, yet still luxurious. Mari is a wonderful host, who anticipates her guests every needs and the home was well equipped with everything we needed. On our last morning before check out, she was kind enough to tell us the history behind the farm and the valley, which included some surprising Viking tails.
