“It all began in 2005 when my wife Lis, our daughter Kari and I returned to Sweden from California. Lis was Europe's first female professional jockey, and I spent 25 years in horticulture. In 2012 we found our farmland in the Skåne Alps and built the nature retreat we'd always dreamed of.”
