Røyland farm offers cabins for large families, several families, or couples seeking peace and quiet on a farm.
The Høgda cabin includes:
1st floor: Combined living room and kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet, bedroom 1 with a double bed, bedroom 2 with two single beds, bedroom 3 with a single bed, laundry room with washing machine, and outdoor area with dining furniture.
2nd floor: Living room with a fantastic view, kitchenette, bedroom 4 with a double bed + single bed (+ travel bed for children and plenty of space for extra mattresses), bedroom 5 with a single bed, bedroom 6 with a single bed, bathroom with shower and toilet.
The farm is an excellent starting point for fishing or an active holiday with forest hikes, canoeing, or excursions to all the southern towns, including the Dyreparken in Kristiansand, which is less than an hour's drive away. We can tempt you with scenic surroundings, and there are great hiking trails - including to the municipality's highest point and berry-rich forests right outside the door. It is a short distance to the nearest fishing waters and swimming spots, as well as short and long cycling routes starting from the farm.
At Røyland, we have large outdoor areas where you can start a football match, play kubb, and of course use trampolines, playground equipment, and sandboxes. In winter, the toboggan run is fantastic, and at Engesland 5 km from us is the nearest ski trail.
