Solås - Røyland Gård

Røyland farm offers cabins for large families, several families, or couples seeking peace and quiet on a farm.

The cabin Solås is a one-room cabin + bathroom that includes:

Kitchenette, dining table, family bunk bed, sitting area, wood-burning stove, as well as a bathroom with shower and toilet.

The farm is an excellent starting point for fishing or an active holiday with forest walks, canoeing, or excursions to all the southern towns, including the Dyreparken in Kristiansand, which is less than an hour's drive away. We can tempt you with scenic surroundings, and there are great hiking trails - including to the municipality's highest point, and berry-rich forests right outside the door. It is a short distance to the nearest fishing waters and swimming spots, as well as short and long cycling routes starting from the farm.

At Røyland, we have large outdoor areas where you can start a football match, play kubb, and of course use trampolines, playground equipment, and a sandbox. In winter, the sledding hill is fantastic, and at Engesland 5 km from us, you will find the nearest ski trail, grocery store, and gas station.
