A stay at our enchanting house is not your average tourist holiday but a wonderful experience in the wilderness with mother nature as the perfect host. The ideal place to escape the chaos and daily grind of city life, here you can truly lose yourself in the harmony and tranquility of nature, living but a few feet from our stunning organic garden and among our wonderfully quirky animals. 
It is the perfect spot for families, friends or couples and children especially love it here, being surrounded by nature, animals and plenty of play things around the farm that our daughter is happy to share. 
Just one kilometre north of the quaint village of Carrapateira, Borboleta Hut is situated on our certified organic farm, a stone's throw from the beautiful freshwater lagoon leading you to the beach via imposing sand dunes. Bordeira beach is accessible:
- By car in 4 minutes
- Walking along the road in 15 minutes
- Through the lagoon with our kayaks or the small romantic boat.

Bell tents are only available from late May to early October after that please see our cabin as it can be to cold at nighttime.
Spacious 4m bell tents, sleeping two guests comfortably on slatted beds with proper mattresses and warm bedding. We have 4 compost toilets on site and a shower area with two showers for our bell tent guests.
