The Tentsile Connect is a 2 person tree tent (a.k.a. portable treehouse). With a removable fly sheet, it offers you and your partner the chance to connect with nature and with each other. 

The tent is offered 'bare' so please bring along all your normal camping gear apart from the tent.
 
Bring all your normal camping equipment, but leave your tent at home. 

Wardley Hill Campsite

This luxury lodge tent is ideal for families and smaller groups. This beautifully furnished tent is set up and ready for your arrival and includes three bedroom compartments and a general living area. 

The general living area has a small sofa.

The master bedroom compartment has a double bed, whilst the two smaller compartments have a single bed.

This lodge tent comes fully equipped with electricity so you can run and charge all your favorite devices.

Our canvas tent, surrounded by nature, features two bedrooms with up to 8 single beds each, complete with snug bedding and charming decor. The cozy living room area serves as a perfect family hub for shared moments and laughter.

We have an open meadow for games and such and a bluebell woodland for forest adventures, wild spa and children play area. We have a spring fed stream with rope swings and bridges and small paddling pools... We regularly have forest school , workshops and activities onsite that you are welcome to join in with.

Home Farm Glamping

Skoolie Stays is an icon of the American road, lovingly converted into luxurious accommodation in Sussex. It offers up to 4 guests a chance to stay in fantastically unusual accommodation in a beautiful part of Sussex close to the South Downs National Park.

The bus was inspired by the owners' 14,000 mile, year-long family road trip across America in a similar Skoolie. They fell in love with bus life and, when it came time to return to the UK, the whole family agreed - they had to ship one back to the UK.

The Skoolie Stays bus is a product of the knowledge and skills they developed over their year away, full of clever ideas and hand-built, design-led decor. Every element has been thought out in detail to maximise space, comfort, freedom, and fun. You will find lots of original features, repurposed and reimagined furniture, and top-of-the-range fixtures and fittings that help to make off-grid living comfortable, practical, and environmentally friendly.

Skoolie Stays comfortably sleeps up to 4 people in a king-size bed (2 guests) and 6ft murphy-style bunks (2 guests) that fold away when not in use. The kitchen provides plenty of space to cook and the American-style diner area, complete with the original bus seats and incorporates an old teak table from a local secondary school, is the perfect place for a meal. Oak herringbone floors, leather sofa, and a clean-burning log stove make the lounge area feel cosy and luxurious and the fully-tiled bathroom offers lovely hot showers.

When the sun goes down, step out onto the deck to watch the stars or warm up at the outdoor firepit.

Bakesdown Farm Camping's Great Orchard Cabin is a beautiful little wooden home, hand built here on the farm. From the sunny porch you can enjoy some of our best Bakesdown views, looking out across the young orchard, over fields and woodland. The cabin makes a cosy living space, with a large family room and separate bedroom. Alongside, for your exclusive use, is a fully equipped kitchen hut, a compost toilet and a gas-powered shower.

Kingfishers Nest is our second cosy cabin and is situated on the edge of a hidden lake with commanding views across the water. The property is designed for couples and with one en-suite master bedroom, perfect for romantic getaways.
