Small-scale camping possibility in the countryside with a few farm houses around a farm courtyard. Child friendly with plenty of space and play area. It is a wonderful place for nature lovers ... you will be awakened by the birds and at night you can admire a beautiful and impressive starry sky. * This option is available in the spring during the school holidays and from mid-June to mid-September*. There are lakes with swimming facilities nearby. The water is drinkable and there is a sanitary room with washing machine. Wi-Fi in the courtyard is available free of charge. There are leaflets on les Bergeries and I am here to show you around this beautiful region of the Allier, where you can experience real French life. You will feel right at home in the charming villages with weekly markets with local products and of course the many flea markets and festivities... Bienvenue!

We offer you a small-scale camping option in the French countryside. You can choose your own spot on a lawn with a view over the meadows with old oaks. Here you will experience the peace, conviviality and can enjoy all kinds of songbirds and birds of prey, which have also found their place here. You can also enjoy an impressive starry sky with milky way at night. There is a sanitary room with showers, sinks, toilet and washing machine. Outside there is a washing-up facility and electricity. Wi-Fi is free.

The area is ideal for wonderful walking and cycling trips with different views in this lovely and gently sloping part of France. The 11,000 ha oak forest area with old trees invites you to cycle and mountain bike tours. Les Bergeries is also located on a castle route with many beautifully decorated castles and botanical gardens. There is a climbing park in the area with a nice lake for a day of climbing. you can take a canoe trip on the Canal de Berry or the river Allier. There are several lakes with swimming facilities nearby. and the children really enjoy the trip with the electric boats. There are 4 medieval towns nearby with old alleys and half-timbered houses for a day of shopping, etc. The many beautiful museums in the area tell you a lot about the Romanesque history and the impressive history. In short, a lot to experience and discover! At les Bergeries there are all kinds of brochures to invite you for a trip. Nearby is the beautiful medieval village of Ainay-le-Château with all amenities.

We want all guests at les Bergeries to enjoy a wonderful stay, which is why we have some agreements. Your pet can come along for free, but must not cause any nuisance and must be kept on a leash. After 22.00 we ask you to respect the quiet for others. The waste is separated. No wipes may be thrown into the toilet to prevent blockages in the septic tank. Only biodegradable waste water/chemical toilet may be discharged into the septic tank.
