WELCOME TO GL. KLITGAARD CAMPING & HYTTEBY
Gl. Klitgaard Camping is one of the most beautifully situated campsites in Denmark. All the way to the beautiful North Sea and with one of the most beautiful beaches, which invites to lots of activity.

The place exudes a wonderful atmosphere - Everyone greets everyone and here is "high ceilings". Here is room for those who appreciate the beautiful nature, space for those who have to ride Icelandic horses, space for those who have to participate in one or more of our many activities, space for those who have to visit our Mini -Zoo - In short: There is room for everyone.

If you do not have a caravan or other type of accommodation with you, do not despair: We have a very wide selection of cabins - From our beautiful Luxury cabins to our very cozy cabins without toilet and shower.

The small grocery store on Gl. Klitgaard Camping has been merged with the information. For that reason, the information and the store have the same opening hours, which are adjusted as needed. In the high season, it is thus open for check-in / out, general trading and service from kl. 8.00 to kl. 22.00.

The shop offers ordinary groceries, freshly baked breakfast bread from your own oven, the newspaper of the day and then you must not cheat yourself of one of our large homemade ice cream waffles - Gl. Klitgaard Special…

Should you show up and wish to check in outside our opening hours, please use the clock to the right of the door and we will help you into the square immediately.

The bathroom facilities at Gl. Klitgaard Camping is top notch. Our family bathrooms are characterized by plenty of space, underfloor heating, 2 showers and 2 sinks in each room, as well as mobile bathtubs for the smallest campers. Furthermore, there is a really nice changing room and handicap toilet, with a nice and wide access road.

The campsite also has a toilet building, which is divided into a men's and women's section. Here are the traditional cabins for boats, toilet, shower and sinks. A slightly older building, but really nice and well maintained. In the same building you will find a coin laundry, disabled toilet and emptying station for the chemical toilet.

There are 3 playgrounds on the site, which challenge children of all ages. We have of course approved fall surfaces everywhere on all 3 playgrounds and these live up to the requirements set by the public sector in terms of safety. The bouncy castle is the great gathering place for both children and teenagers. The bouncy castle is located at the entrance to the campsite and creates a lot of life and atmosphere. Go-Carts and mini-bikes are for the healthy kids who want to burn a lot of gunpowder. The go-carts can be rented in the information and then just cruise out into the blue. Table tennis - Famous for being the world's fastest game, but also one of the funniest. Come in and borrow bat and ball in the information.
