Lovely farmhouse for rent in Gratangen at Stall Holtaas .. The house has been rented out to tourists and we have been a "superhost" on Airbnb for most of our rental time there. Stall Holtaas is beautifully situated in the middle of Gratangsfjellet, 270 masl. We have fantastic views. The house itself is special and we want to show North Norwegian Culture and tradition. You also have the horses and nature right outside the door. It is simply a gem here summer and winter. Wonderful area to go hiking in the summer too :) Magical area. In addition, you can bring your animals, including horses. The house: -a special residential house with everything you need. - There are 4: room 1 has a large double bed. Room 2 has a family bunk and a bunk bed. Room 3 has a 120cm bed and room 4 has a family bunk. - all rooms have good mattresses and / or double mattresses. - Kitchen with all necessary equipment. - 2 baths (one brand new). -2 dining rooms - a large sofa corner. - TV, DVD and VHS and Chromecast. As well as connection of and via hdmi cable. - Wireless internet (somewhat varying quality) - some games and cards. - Porch with plenty of space and garden furniture. - Washing machine. - 2 refrigerators with plenty of space. - Freezer - Simple standard, but cozy. - Rental of bedding (incl. Shower towel) costs 100 per person for the entire period. - You can bring bedding sets and put on duvets and pillows if you want. - Quiet surroundings for family fun or romance :) - bring the dog and the opportunity to have it in our kennel if it is 100% safe free of infectious diseases and vaccinated. Prices: The house: NOK 2500 per day for up to 8 people. After 8 people: NOK 300 extra per person. You can get extra mattresses / camp beds if you need and more are lying there. - In addition, you can rent the cabins for NOK 800 a day if you rent the house. You can also find the cabins on airbnb: Arctic cabin Leigas, Arctic cabin Snolke and Arctic cabin Britatind (named after the mountains around us and the respective cabins facing their mountain). -Linen rental costs NOK 100 per person. -Cleaning fee of NOK 500 for the entire period. 10% discount if you rent the house 1 week or more fire pit with 1 bag of charcoal and a sack of wood: NOK 300. - The lavvo at Holtås: one day SEK 1800. 3 hours: DKK 750. incl. - The barbecue hut at Holtaas: NOK 750 for 3 hours incl. Where is the house? In Gratangen in Sør-Troms. It is only 2 km from the E6. You can find Stall Holtaas on google maps. It is 3 hours drive from Tromsø. 30 min from Narvik. 3 hours to svolvær. 1 hour from Harstad. Final cleaning of NOK 500 for the stay. Paid in cash / tip on arrival. Activities you can find here: - Fantastic hiking areas winter and summer. -You can ski from right outside the door. As well as several great ski trails in the area. -We also have many fantastic ski resorts in the area: Narvik and Målselv mountain village. - Fantastic area for freeriding on skis. -20 min away from Polar Park. -We have horses on the farm that you can get riding lessons on (all ages). Only 2 horses per now for rent. - You can rent a barbecue hut with room for 15 people, a fire pit and lavvo with room for 20-30 people (accommodation). Firewood is included in the prices. - 3 extra cabins, with 4 beds, which can be rented. - Many places to sled. Also right outside the door. - The sea is 7 min away. Possibility of renting a boat. - Meet the dogs, cats and chickens. - 2 water parks in a radius of 1 hour and 15 minutes to drive (Polarbadet and Grottebadet). - Playland and bowling 30 min away (Narvik). - Rental of snowshoes at Lapphaugen tourist station. - Ice fishing is arranged at Lapphaugen tourist station. - Sauna rental-Lapphaugen tourist station. -Morgan's ship: beautiful place on the coast. - The Boat Museum (summer). - Mountain rides on horseback (summer). 3 hours and long trips - Caves to visit (summer). Cabin rules - price of NOK 2500 applies to up to 8 people. Over 8 people: NOK 300 extra per person. - cleaning fee of NOK 500 for the entire stay. - bed linen (incl. towel) can be rented for NOK 100 per person. - normal cleanliness is expected and clean before you go: vacuuming, washing tables / benches, washing up, putting things in the washing machine. Rinse things off before putting them in the dishwasher. Do not flush leftover food into the sink. (the cleaning fee is for final cleaning and disinfection). - Sort rubbish into glass / metal, plastic, paper, ordinary combustibles and food. return of empty bottles. Garbage is thrown in the bins outside. -Smoking prohibited inside. Snipes outside should be stored in a box (do not throw on the ground). Do not enter with shoes on. Animals should be on the floor inside and on a leash outside. Do not feed the animals. Barbecue is done outside porch (not on). Contact by email for questions etc. Do not use private food (marked). Before booking I also have the house for rent on Finn, inatur and Airbnb. Send a request for booking before you pay and we will avoid double booking.
