Beautiful farmhouse for rent in Gratangen at Stall Holtaas.. The house has been rented out to tourists and we have been "superhosts" on Airbnb for most of our rental time there. Stall Holtaas is located in a scenic location right in the middle of Gratangsfjellet, 270 meters above sea level. We have a fantastic view. The house itself is special and we want to show Northern Norwegian culture and tradition. You also have horses and nature right outside the door. It is simply a gem here in summer and winter. Fantastic area for hiking in the summer too :) Magical area. In addition, you can bring your animals, including horses.

The house:
-a special residential house with everything you need.
- There are 4: room 1 has a large double bed. Room 2 has a family bunk bed and a bunk bed. Room 3 has a 120cm bed and room 4 has a family bunk bed.
- all rooms have good mattresses and/or double mattresses.
- Kitchen with all necessary equipment.
- 2 bathrooms (one brand new).
-2 dining rooms
- a large sofa corner.
- TV, DVD and VHS and Chromecast. As well as connection by and via HDMI cable.
- Wireless internet (somewhat varying quality)
- some games and cards.
- Veranda with plenty of space and garden furniture.
- Washing machine.
- 2 refrigerators with plenty of space.
- Freezer
- Simple standard, but cozy.
- Rental of bedding (including shower towel) costs 100 per person for the entire period.
- You can bring bedding and put on duvets and pillows if you want.
- Quiet surroundings for family fun or romance :)
- bring your dog and the possibility of having it in our dog kennel if it is 100% sure free of infectious diseases and vaccinated.

Prices:
The house: 2500 kr per day up to 8 people. After 8 people: 300 kr extra per person. You can get extra mattresses/camp beds if you need and sleep more there.
- In addition, you can rent the cabins for 800 NOK per day if you rent the house. The cabins can also be found on airbnb: Arctic cabin Leigas, Arctic cabin Snolke and Arctic cabin Britatind (named after the mountains around us and the respective cabins face their mountain).
- Bed linen rental costs 100 NOK per person.
- Cleaning fee of 500 NOK for the entire period. 10% discount if you rent the house 1 week or more
- Fire pit with 1 bag of charcoal and a bag of firewood: 300 NOK.
- Lavvoen at Holtås: 1 day 1800 NOK. 3 hours: 750 NOK. incl. firewood.
- Grillbua at Holtaas: 750 NOK for 3 hours incl. firewood.

Where is the house?
In Gratangen in Sør-Troms. It is only 2 km from E6. You can find Stall Holtaas on google maps.
It is a 3 hour drive from Tromsø. 30 min from Narvik. 3 hours to Svolvær. 1 hour from Harstad.

Final cleaning of 500 NOK for the stay. Payable in cash/tips upon arrival.
