The cabin is located in fantastic hiking terrain with both Slogen, Skårasalen and Dalegubben in the immediate area. As well as many nice little walks around the cabin. Access to the cabin is on a private dirt road approx. 15 minutes' drive from county road 655 in Rekkedal. Sæbø is located approx. 20 minutes' drive from the cabin, here you will find 2 grocery stores, a niche store and a sandy beach. The center of Ørsta is approx. 35 minutes' drive away. 

Ålesund lies approx. 2 hours driving and Round approx. 1.5 hours drive from the cabin. So here you have the opportunity to reach a lot on a day trip, or just relax at Kvia. No internet and poor mobile coverage, so you should finish your messages and calls before entering the cabin.
