The cabin is located in fantastic hiking terrain with Slogen, Skårasalen, Dalegubben in the vicinity. As well as many nice little hikes around the cabin. Access to the cabin is via a private gravel road about 15 minutes drive from county road 655 in Rekkedal. Sæbø is about 20 minutes drive from the cabin, where you will find 2 grocery stores, a niche store and a sandy beach. Ørsta city center is about 35 minutes drive away.

Ålesund is about 2 hours drive and Runde about 1.5 hours drive from the cabin. So here you have the opportunity to reach a lot on a day trip, or just relax at Kvia. No internet and poor coverage on your mobile phone so you should finish messages and calls before you come to the cabin.
