The gypsy wagon is built on the chassis of an old agricultural farm and is therefore completely mobile. There is a reasonably spacious veranda with seating. The characteristic pipowagen is equipped with a double bed with bedding and a simple kitchenette. Shower and toilet visits are possible in the sanitary building of the campsite or in a small toilet next to the Pipowagen. Electricity and water are available in the nature house, and wifi is also available in and around the pipowagen. In the afternoon the Gypsy wagon is in the shade, but there is a beautiful sunny seat next to the wagon. Experience the unique feeling in this nostalgic gypsy wagon with a nod to the past and the facilities of today. The Pipowagen is available for use from March 15 to November 1.

Nature and environment
De Pipowagen is located on a small, characteristic campsite in an old orchard in the heart of the Betuwe, near the river Linge and between the rivers Waal and Rhine. Ommeren is located in the fruit paradise, the Betuwe. The area is unique in terms of cycling possibilities: inner roads, dikes, a view of the orchards and the river, old towns and villages and then the Utrechtse Heuvelrug. In the immediate vicinity is the small Ommerense forest which is freely accessible. Next to the camping site is a small school and a farm. Behind our own old farm, which is no longer in operation, is the mini campsite for up to 10 places in the fruit orchard. A few sheep and goats walk in the meadow adjacent to the camping site and gypsy wagon. The chickens are free and will come to look at you curiously. There is also a playground and tree house for small children.
