About the place and area
Description of my place and location
Land with good solar orientation, panoramic view of the Lexim, Cheleiros valley and Serra de Sintra. With some small pine trees, it has a buried reservoir for rainwater harvesting. It borders the road that used to connect Pero Pinheiro and Mafra. The stone blocks for the construction of the convent would have passed through there, whose scenes were so well imagined by José Saramago in his "Memorial do Convento". Very quiet area, to recover energies and contact with nature in its pure state. Despite being modest, it is a stone's throw from Mafra, Ericeira, Foz do Lizandro, Sintra and Lisbon.
