Welcome to Janas-Sintra!

Here you can spend the night with your van and meet guests from all over the world and experience communal shared facilities.
You will find all the necessary facilities nearby, we are 3 km from Praia das Maças and the natural pool Azenhas do Mar and 7 km from Sintra so you can explore the castle, palaces and the Serra de Sintra. Lisbon is a 30 min drive away, or 40 min by train, from Sintra.

The setting:

The available spaces for pitching tents are the garden areas and the caravan park area. Only small tents for 2-3 people (max. 4m2) will be pitched in the garden area and need to rotate for more than 2 overnight stays. All other tents (max. 10 m2) can be pitched in the caravan park area. The spots

On the premises there are 4 tents ready for 2 people and 1 tent ready for 2-4 people. Campers will pitch their tents in the garden area if the tent is for 2-4 people.

Any larger tents will be pitched on the campsite grounds next to the main garden/house area. All tents will have access to all site facilities (kitchen, toilets, porch area, tables, pool).

Please note that we do not accept motorhomes, caravans or large campervans.

Bathroom facilities

The bathroom facilities are equipped with 2 hot showers (shower gel/shampoo provided), double sink area, 3 toilets and are open 24 hours.

Amenities

Wi-Fi throughout the facilities, including the Camper Park.
Kitchen equipped with 2 gas hobs, 2 refrigerators, microwave, toaster, coffee/tea maker, pots and pans, plates, cups, glasses and cutlery and basic ingredients (salt, pepper, spices), recycling bins.
In the kitchen and porch areas there are electrical outlets available to charge portable devices.
