Two-person Tentsile tree tent
Max. 2 people per unit - 1 bedroomAccommodation, Eco-friendly, Family friendly
Accommodation description
We're passionate about hammock time. Floating in mid air is great for the mind, for afternoon naps, for chatting with friends or just whiling away the hours with a good book. But have you ever spent a night in a hammock? Now's your chance! All our hammock guests will be greeted and talked through their sleeping options with owner Dave, who has been an avid hammocker for years (just ask him about random places he's slept!). You'll also have access to the rest of the lounging hammocks and the A Frame Village Shelter and firepit, too. Our hammock village has a communal area and a sleeping area. The sleeping hammocks have special tarps to protect you from the elements, and we've strung them tighter than the lounging hammocks so you can sleep flatter. This Tentsile tree tent sleeps 1 or 2 people, and hovers around 1 metre 20cm off the ground, giving you a great sense of space. It comes with a rain tarp in case of showers, although we love taking the tarp off and seeing the canopy above. Nb. we've a few different hammocking options and we're always happy to show you around our hammock village and offer a different alternative if you'd prefer.

About the property
Property description
Treat yourself to time away in a peaceful hideaway beneath the big skies of Lincolnshire. The Big Sky Hideaway is a brand new camping and glamping farm with a difference. From the moment you turn off the road and head down our track you’ll feel like you’re escaping day-to-day stresses, and that’s exactly how we like it. Whether you choose to stay in our hammock village, on one of our gorgeous converted buses, tuck yourself away in the woodland in one of two very cool Landpods or simply decide to opt for a patch of fluffy grass complete with seating and firebowl in our camping meadow, you’ll be greeted with a smile and a feeling of renewed optimism. Little signs dotted around the site offer happy reminders of the best things in life: good friends, kindness and a dash of adventure. The whole site is powered by renewable energy and a sense of community. Oh, and did we mention our alpacas? Giggle as they frolic around their garden without a care in the world. We really can’t wait to welcome you for your next holiday. As our motto goes: say yes more!
