“We are Karin and Thomas, on our organic farm just north of Roskilde. We have a mead and cider brewery, where we use the apples from the apple orchard where we have the 2 glamping tents. In connection with the brewery, we also have a shop where our mead and cider can be purchased. We also produce gin, snaps, and beer based on herbs and berries from the Arctic, especially Greenland. For us, it is important to have time for our customers, and we have the time for you.”
