The cabin had several technical issues. There was poor lighting and some of them were not maintained. The fireplace/grill outside was old and unusable.

We had an unique stay in this great treehouse and we had the best time. For kids this is truly great, the play facilities were excellent. Be careful with the amount of water in the rain container, we only just managed to squeeze out some showers and having enough water to wash the dishes.

The Elgposten was a fantastic experience! Really beautifully built cabin, both inside and out. We loved the detail with the view of the birdhouse in the middle of the cabin. Good beds. It was just right for a single overnight stay for us. The road there is a bit demanding, not suitable for those with walking difficulties. It would have been nice to have a map or description of how to get to the lake. The landlord is very helpful and quick to respond.

Lived up to expectations. Fantastic place.
