The dome is strategically located only 800 meters from the National Tourist Route (FV 520) and almost midway between Sauda and Røldal. This favorable location makes the dome the ideal starting point for exploring the beautiful landscape along the National Tourist Route.

Facilities
We offer the perfect combination of comfort and adventure in beautiful natural surroundings. Our 23 m2 dome is designed for 2-3 guests, with a comfortable, ready-made double bed. From the seating area in front of the window, you can enjoy the fantastic view right outside the door.

The dome is equipped with an integrated toilet module, a fireplace and a separate storage room/kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with the necessary facilities for simple cooking, including two gas burners and cooking equipment (frying pans, pots, etc.). All necessary crockery is also available. Fire pan with grill grate is also available for our guests.

Activities
The dome is located at the foot of some of Rogaland's finest mountain hikes, and is an ideal starting point for exploring majestic peaks such as Skaulen, which stands 1,554 meters above sea level. Enjoy the calm atmosphere around the bonfire afterwards. In summer, there are several natural bathing spots just a stone's throw from the dome, perfect for families. Only 800 meters away, you can visit a newly restored goat stable, where you can greet the goats and buy locally produced food and drink.

Explore fishing opportunities for mountain trout or make use of our bouldering facilities with a personal instructor. Winter offers spectacular opportunities for cross-country skiing and summit tours. Guide available on request.
