  Arctic Dome Namdalen is located at the foot of Skarlandsfjellet in Høylandet municipality, right in the north of Trøndelag. It is 1.5 km to walk up to the dome from the parking lot, a hike with a lot of uphill, which takes about 30-40 minutes. When you rent the mountain dome, you rent the entire mountain farm and can use all the facilities available there. Here stand three old farm buildings from the 1780s and 1890s, respectively. The farm barn has been restored in collaboration with the heritage fund, while the other two buildings are next in line. They currently stand as they were used when the farming ended in the 1950s.
  
  In the area around the mountain farm, there are great hiking opportunities, including a marked path up to Skarlandsfjellet.
