About the property

Property description
Nässelbacken is a small piece of Scanian nature with stone walls, deciduous trees, pasture and a small marsh. Here lives a true garden enthusiast, who in just three years has made a garden and home on what was previously just an abandoned pasture with nettles. Yes, there are still a lot of nettles, and a bit rough, but I think it should be. This is a place where we cooperate with nature on equal terms, not one where nature is tamed to obedience.
For those interested in permaculture, it is possible to sniff around the newly started forest garden or look at edible plants of various kinds.

    • The charm of the place is its silence, so guests need to live by it as well.
There is no toilet or shower, so you need to bring your own.
There are no bins for guests, so take the rubbish home.
If you have a dog with you, it needs to be tethered, and stick to the silence.
You are welcome to admire the garden, but do not trample or pick anything, especially not crops such as berries, fruit and nuts without having asked before.
