Apartment for 2 by the waterside no1

Sustainable apartment on the edge of the Kagerplassen. Heat sources are used to heat the rooms in the winter and slightly cool them in the summer. Really in the countryside but 20 km from Amsterdam and 8 km from Leiden. The apartment is tastefully and efficiently furnished and equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, TV, DolceGusto machine and kettle.
The apartment is in a rural location, 3 km from the A4, in the middle of the Randstad. The environment is very relaxing and on the Poeldijk you will pass the only two twelve-sided windmills in the Netherlands. The apartment is very well insulated and freshly and brightly furnished.

Three apartments have been built on the site of old barns. The entire apartment is at your disposal: 1 bathroom with toilet, the open kitchen and the upper floor with a double bed.

We are located in a very rural area, peaceful and yet close to everything. Although pets are not allowed, we have 2 dogs, a cat and chickens (and a rooster).
