dreamy caravan

Only about 35 minutes from the north of Berlin, right on the edge of a field, surrounded by nature, our renovated oldie caravan from the 1980s is on our property.
Here you can see cranes and other birds and ducks at appropriate times of the year.

You can look directly at fields from the caravan and enjoy beautiful sunsets!

The beautiful Bernsteinsee with fine Baltic Sea sand is within walking distance in the village and there is a wakeboard facility next door.

The accommodation
The caravan has a seating area that can be converted into two beds and a kitchenette with a stove, sink and refrigerator. In the kitchen area you will also find a toaster, a kettle, a French press and a table grill. There is also a small "bathroom" with a hand basin and mirror cabinet. A sliding door takes you to a bedroom that contains a bunk bed and a small seating area.
From warm spring temperatures, a solar shower is also set up in the privacy-protected outdoor area.
In addition, some garden furniture is set up to watch beautiful sunsets and sunrises.
With a heater, the caravan can be lived in during the colder seasons.

Access for guests
You have your own garden area in front of the caravan, where you can linger undisturbed.
Recently our tomcat Charly has his favorite place in the caravan. If you have a cat allergy, our caravan is therefore not suitable for you.

Further important information
we have cats Since the trailer is in their territory, they are sometimes at the trailer too - especially our tomcat Charly!

The caravan is in the middle of nature, so there are also mosquitoes here at certain times. To protect you from mosquitoes, there is a UV mosquito killer and a mosquito net on the door and skylight. However, to be on the safe side, you should also use mosquito spray if you are very sensitive to mosquitoes.

To be on the safe side, we recommend that you only use boiled water in the caravan as drinking water, as it is drinking water from the tap that is filled in tanks and has a preservative additive (for storing drinking water in yacht tanks).
A large bottle of still water is available upon arrival.
