Spend your vacation or become the owner of your mobile home in one of the most beautiful residential campsites in France. The campsite is open all year round: live car-free in unspoiled nature a few km from the Mediterranean Sea and the hinterland. We offer high-end services: luxurious mobile homes, heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, quality restaurant, free WIFI internet access, etc. We favor calm in unspoiled nature under more than 300 century-old pines. The area is limited to 155 pitches only receiving Louisiana mobile homes, all equipped with a wooden terrace. We have integrated the campsite into its environment, respecting the beauty and calm of the pine forest and its “little inhabitants”. By remaining discreet, you will be able to observe squirrels jumping from branch to branch, wood pigeons drinking on the wall overlooking the swimming pool, hear the cry of the little owl at night, which will transgress the tranquility of the domain. The 155 mobile homes belong to individuals, around 60 of them are rented. The campsite is exclusively managed to guarantee you a unique quality of service. From July to August, traffic is strictly prohibited in residential driveways. From September to June, traffic is only tolerated to the mobile home for unloading and reloading luggage. Carts remain available at 4 points for shopping or other heavy bags. You will be welcomed every Saturday with electric carts for baggage drop-off at the mobile home and also upon departure after the exit inventory. There is no entertainment offered on the campsite. Only the restaurant will organize theme evenings in July and August with a musical group. There are only vineyards and scrubland around. The first village, Castelnau de Guers, is located 2km from the campsite. A pedestrian access path is indicated from the outdoor car park. The road below is a lightly traveled departmental road which will take you in the direction of Marseillan-Plage 17km away, the nearest beach. In the opposite direction, it will make you discover the historic town of Pézenas where every Wednesday and Friday in July and August, the shops bring the old town to life. With more than 300 century-old pines, La Pinède**** wanted to preserve its exceptional natural heritage and integrate as well as possible in order to offer its nature lovers harmony with homes and facilities.
