Rustico "Gli Ulivi" (4+2 People)
It is a small farmhouse in harmony with the environment that hosts it, surrounded by centuries-old olive trees. The house is entirely covered with rock with the typical yellow tuff color of our countryside, obtained by clearing the surrounding cultivated land of stones.
If you are looking for contact with nature not far from all the comforts and offers of the area.

Double bedroom (wardrobe, bedside tables and trunk).
Bedroom with 2 single beds (if necessary 1 double bed, wardrobe).
From 2024, heat pump with air conditioning and heating.
Bathroom with shower.
Large room with living area with equipped kitchenette (gas stove, refrigerators and electric oven) and table with chairs.
The table with chairs.
Sofa bed for 2 people and two armchairs.
Romantic wood stove for the spring and autumn period heating with electric heaters.

Outside
Two wooden pergolas with garden table and chairs, sunbed and deckchair, umbrella, with a view of the woods up to the valley where the Cecina river flows, perfect for breakfast, lunches and dinners outdoors.
Outdoor wooden fence.

CHILDREN up to 2.99 years. Children up to this age are included in the price. Only if you want to rent a camping bed you can add it as an extra service.

Extras: Final Cleaning and Sheets are mandatory to complete the reservation,
while towels are optional.
From mid-July to mid-September we rent weeks from Saturday to Saturday.
In May, June, first half of July, September, October shorter stays are possible, and free arrival days.

On the farm there is a common area, with reception, where free Wifi is available, a fresh bread service in collaboration with the Montescudaio bakery, and a drinking water dispenser.
