The spacious shelter is completely on its own, surrounded by tranquility, and gives you an undisturbed base to explore the surroundings.

The shelter is located with a direct view of a peaceful lake, where you may be lucky enough to spot the Great Egret – a regular visitor who often comes by and breaks the lake’s mirror-like surface. Here you can both experience the first rays of the day when the sun rises over the landscape, and see the most beautiful sunset that paints the sky in warm colors.

The nature around Sø-Kig Shelter is buzzing with life. Take a quiet walk through the area, enjoy the scent of the forest, or sit down and see if you can spot the deer that often visit the area around the shelter. Here, nature is always present and ready to share its little miracles with you.

In our spa area, you can, when booking an overnight stay with us, purchase wellness & spa. Once you have booked an appointment, you have the entire area incl. The Orangery to yourself. We will inform you when spa time is available.
