The Floating Shelter guarantees a unique experience in the middle of the Port of Copenhagen, absolutely in the first row to the water. The raft itself is 24 m2, where the shelter counts 8 m2 with room for 4 sleeping guests. It is possible to book a maximum of 3 consecutive nights. Welcome on board!
Can I cook on the Liquid Shelter? {/ b}
Yes, of course. Place your cookware on the stone tile on the floor to protect the wood from heat and cooking grease.
Grilling with charcoal is not allowed. Use the rubbish bin with the corresponding rubbish bags.
Remember to take all rubbish with you when you return home.
How do I get to the toilet? {/ b}
We have made a separate toilet section with lights, so you can go to the toilet in peace. The toilet is an expandable and robust field toilet. A biobag is inserted in the field toilet, which will be available. When the toilet visit is completed, the biobag is placed in a rubbish bin with a bag and lid, which will also be available - remember to include all waste when returning home.
At Circle K, which is located 200 m west, there is a regular customer toilet. The map shows where you can dock while you are on the toilet. Please note that it is not allowed to dock at the private boat associations.

At Det Floating Shelter you get urban nature experiences in a class of their own and memories for life. With The Floating Shelter you get world-class urban nature. The Floating Shelter is a shelter on a raft, which is anchored at a fixed location in the port of Copenhagen. It can not be accessed from land, and you must therefore arrange transport to it yourself. There can be up to four overnight guests including luggage.

The port is not a toilet. Use the customer toilet on Circle K 200 meters west or the field toilet, where you take the rubbish with you when you return home. The project closes if water is provided. It is of course allowed to cook on the Liquid Shelter. Remember to use the stone tile so that the wooden floor is protected from heat and grease. The Liquid Shelter is intended for relaxation with those you care about. It is therefore not a floating terrace that you can invite your friends out on and party loudly. For the sake of neighbors and the other users of the port, it is not allowed to bring speakers to play play music. Sound waves travel farther above water than you think.
