At Alpacacamp, you will spend the night with a selection of our alpacas. In the border between the forest and the alpaca pastures lies an area with shelters, a fire hut with a fireplace, an outdoor kitchen, a compost toilet, a solar-heated shower, and an earth refrigerator. Here, you will live together with a group of alpacas that curiously but politely follow what you are doing for dinner and how you set up your camp. From your campsite, which you share with the alpacas but otherwise have entirely to yourselves, you have a view over the fields and a glimpse of Gyrstinge Lake. Behind you lies our little peace forest that you are welcome to explore.
The camp and the alpacas are entirely yours, and there are no other guests in the area.
When you arrive, you will receive a thorough introduction to the alpacas so that we ensure both animals and humans have a good experience.
A couple of hundred meters from the camp, you will find Alpacapark's facilities with the small farm shop and customer toilet that you are welcome to use if you prefer a flush toilet over a compost one.
Alpacacamp provides the perfect setting for a cozy and unforgettable experience.
NEW 2026: We have added a small tiny house in the camp. This way, you can now accommodate up to 10 people in total, and there is the possibility for 2 people to sleep indoors in real beds. To get the full experience of togetherness with the alpacas and nature, we encourage you to use the cabin as little as possible.
Staying at Alpacacamp is an experience in itself but can also be combined with our other experiences such as walking with the alpacas or a visit to the other alpacas in Alpacapark. These experiences must be booked in advance.
Check-in and introduction to the alpacas is at 3:30 PM
Check-out is at 10 AM

Alpacapark is beautifully located in the middle of Zealand. Close to the motorway and train station, yet far away from everything. In Alpacapark, time stands still, and we live in harmony with nature and the animals. A stay in AlpacaCamp or AlpacaHome is pure relaxation. When you book a stay with us, you will be greeted by a guide who will introduce you to the facilities and tell you about the alpacas you will be staying with. All our alpacas have names and their own unique personalities. Alpacapark is run by me, Katja, my husband Rasmus, and our skilled employees.
You’ll receive the exact address once your booking is confirmed. To ensure a smooth arrival, we recommend checking public transport schedules in advance.
