Only 45 minutes by car east of Oslo, you will find this igloo surrounded by beautiful Eastern nature. An untouched and flat landscape decorated with varied vegetation gives you every opportunity to take a breather in Aurskog. If you're an animal lover or just curious about meeting an alpaca, it's just a short 7-10 minute stroll down to the host who also runs Killingmo Gård, where you can greet or walk with one of these fascinating creatures.

It is easy to get to these igloos by train and bus from Oslo. The bus stops just a few minutes' walk from Killingmo Gård, where you meet your host and check in. From the igloos, there are many nice short walks you can take in the immediate area, such as Gunhildrudhøgda or Fjuktjern.

In addition to accommodation, Kari-Anne offers a plate of bacon and some snacks, simple campfire food in season, canoe hire with transport to your own water, a shower and washing machine for those who wish or want to stay for several days, and last but not least, alpaca trekking.
