Jeg er 50 år gammel og har bodd halve livet i Bergen. Jeg vokste opp på Geilo, et vintersportssted i fjellet mellom Oslo og Bergen. Jeg er besatt av moderne husbåter og flytende hus. Jeg har reist verden rundt for å få inspirasjon til Floating Villa og til en ny serie av "Yacht House" husbåter. Floating Villa ble påbegynt i Vesterålen og ferdiggjort i Bergen.
