Fugleboksen is located in Bygstad in Sunnfjord municipality. The small airport in Førde, Bringeland, is only 10 minutes away from Bygstad for easy and convenient travel. From Førde it is 30 minutes to Bygstad city center, then 10 minutes drive to the parking lot at Stølshaugane. Follow the signs to Storehesten and Rytnevegen (toll road NOK 60). There is a grocery store in Bygstad city center.
