Treetop Ekne - Sleeping Tent with a View

Welcome to Svevecampen at Treetop Ekne – a different accommodation where nature is closer than you are used to. Just a few steps from the sleeping tents, you will find the camp's gathering place – a cozy area with an outdoor kitchen, long table, fire pit, and campfire area. Here you can cook together, bake pizza in the pizza oven, or order ready-made pizza from Fæby from us in advance, so everything is ready upon arrival. If you want an extra easy start to the day, both local breakfast and soup can be ordered as an addition.

The camp is designed for both quiet and active days outdoors. Here you will find, among other things, a zipline, slackline, and good seating around the campfire, perfect for long summer evenings and good conversations under the open sky. All facilities in the camp can be freely used by our guests.

If you follow the marked path through the forest (on the mountain), you will come down to the water. By the dock, the rowing boat is ready, and we have life jackets, fishing gear, and other things you need for a nice time on the water. You can also rent a kayak or SUP and explore the calm surroundings from the water's edge.

Down by the swimming area, you will find a fire pit, outdoor toilet, and two rocking chairs with a view of the water. A nice place to take a dip, enjoy the evening sun, or just sit for a while and let time go a little slower.

If you want to explore the area further, we also rent out bicycles. Bicycle rental must be booked at least three days before arrival. The road into Svevecampen is part of the experience. From the parking lot, you follow a gravel/tiled and well-prepared path through the forest, about 1 kilometer into the camp. The path is easy to walk and is suitable for both bicycles, strollers, and small feet.

To preserve the feeling of simplicity and closeness to nature, Svevecampen is equipped with what you need – without it being more than necessary. In the camp, you will find both firewood and water available during your stay.

Staying in the sleeping tents means you bring your own sleeping pad and sleeping bag. If you want a little extra comfort, you can order made-up beds with mattresses, duvets, pillows, and bed linen, so everything is ready when you arrive.

We want you to feel safe and well taken care of during your stay. If you have questions or need help, we are just a phone call away and available throughout your visit.

You share the outdoor kitchen, long table, campfire area, fire pit, and outdoor toilet with other guests. You are the only ones renting sleeping tents. But the outdoor area is also available to guests renting our treetop cabins.


Equipment in the camp:
- 2 sleeping tents for 2 people per tent. Tentsile stingray safari. With mosquito netting and tent fabric that can be used when it rains.
- Outdoor kitchen with gas cookers and refrigerator and pizza oven.
- Fire pit and firewood with tarp over.
- 20 liters of water.
- long table with benches and tarp.
- Separett outdoor toilet.
- Zipline.
- Slackline.
- Rowing boat by the water, vests in various sizes, and fishing gear.

You bring this yourself:
- Clothes according to the weather.
- Food for the stay if you do not order food from us.
- Sleeping bag and sleeping pad if you do not order bed linen from us.
- Extra water beyond 20 liters if you need it.
- Headlamp.

Can be purchased additionally:
- Local breakfast: Stands in the refrigerator upon arrival, contains rolls from a local bakery, various spreads, and local juice.
- Fæby pizza. Located in the refrigerator upon arrival. You can choose between ham, salami, or gluten-free. The pizza is intended for one person. Baked yourself in the Ooni pizza oven.
- Forest soup. Located in the refrigerator in a vacuum bag. Heated in a saucepan. Comes with a roll from a local bakery and butter.
- SUP board/Kayak with paddles and vest.
- Wetsuit.
- Frisbee golf (Disc golf set) - there are several nice courses in Levanger. driving distance from the camp.
- Own equipment box in the outdoor kitchen. Contains cups and dishes and what is needed to cook. Frying pan, coffee kettle, and a saucepan with a lid. Coffee, tea, sugar, oil, salt, and pepper, paper towels.
