The small farm Nyfløt Lille in Losna, with roots from the 1700s, has a fantastic location - while you can enjoy being alone and the view over Gudbrandsdalen and Lågen. Large kitchen, 2 living rooms, 5 bedrooms, outdoor living room, hot tub, sauna, shelter, and enormous outdoor area to mention a few.
You are close to all the major ski resorts, cross-country skiing (6 km), mountain hikes, fishing opportunities, and Hunderfossen family park. Plenty of space and all modern amenities.
The farm is furnished to accommodate a large family.

The place
The main house of 185 m2 originally dates back to the 1700s but has been expanded and modernized several times and appears to be very well maintained. There are visible log walls in several places inside, while everything is top modern. Plenty of space for play and fun both indoors and outdoors. Long toboggan run from the yard and out onto the field, and you can use the sledges available on the farm.
The area is equally idyllic both summer and winter, and you never get tired of waking up to the spectacular view.
The property consists of the main house, the storage shed, the barn, the garage building with 2 office spaces, and a large outdoor living room where you can sit and enjoy the view, the sauna building, and a separate shelter with a fire pit.
The fenced garden includes, among other things, a 3-hole frisbee golf course and its own badminton court to mention a few.
There are plenty of outdoor toys on the farm, so neither big nor small will get bored. If you want to relax digitally or do some work, there is a 100 Mbps fiber line and good Wi-Fi coverage throughout the house and outdoor areas.

Other things worth noting
There is a large and lush garden where you can find plenty to do in addition to grilling, fire pit coziness, and other natural outdoor activities. Therefore, there is also a large table tennis table, dart game, archery, boccia, croquet, footballs, kubb, frisbee golf, tennis net, and badminton on the farm.

It will also be possible to rent our ATV in the summer season. This is a Segway AT6 ABS (2024 model) with a top speed of 90 km/h. The driver must have a valid driver's license for a car (class B). The ATV provides a fantastic opportunity to explore the many miles of gravel roads that stretch out from the farm and further up into the mountains.

In addition to everything mentioned earlier, there is garage space for the car, which also includes an electric car charger that can be used for a fee. Naturally, there is a very spacious yard, so space should not be a problem :-)

Bedding/towels can be rented for NOK 200 per person.
Rental of ATV; NOK 3000 for a weekend, NOK 6000 for a week.
Firewood is included in the rental.
