Enjoy the silence and each other's company at this hidden gem. High above Sundvollen and with a view of the Steinsfjord, you can warm up in the hot tub. Perfect for a romantic mini-vacation.

Here you will find a large and comfortable tent with a double bed, a sitting area outside with a fire pit, a wood-fired hot tub and toilet facilities in a separate building. There is electricity, drinking water, a kettle and a hob for easy cooking. The fire pit outside is well suited for barbecuing.

The tent is equipped with simple kitchen equipment.
The place
The tent is located on steep terrain in the forest. Follow the path to the 100 steps up to the top where the gaping is located. Here, the tent is located on a vantage point that is not easily matched. Here you can almost see Vikersund in the southwest and Nordefjell in the west. There is a fabulous view over Tyrifjorden and Steinsfjorden.

Outside the tent, you can sit in a couple of good sheepskin chairs and warm yourself in front of the large fire pan. The fire pan has a grate so it is possible to cook while you enjoy the view and look forward to cozying up in the warm heat.

The hot tub is located at the top of the terrace so you can enjoy the view even more. To use the hot tub, it costs NOK 1,000 extra. It can be ordered warm in advance.

Inside the tent there is a lovely large double bed with thick duvets made for you. The tent is heated with both an electric oven and a wood-burning stove. So it must be possible to keep the heat in there. On cold nights, it can be beneficial to sleep in woolen underwear to keep warm.

The tent is equipped with simple kitchen equipment with a hob and kettle.

Plates, cutlery, cups, frying pan, saucepan, spatula, whisk, pressure jug, kettle.
You will find towels and good wool blankets in the tent.

Behind the tent there are opportunities to go on adventures in the forest. There is currently no particularly well-trodden path. But it's an animal trap to walk in.

If you want adventure, both the Queen's view and the King's view are at the very top of Dronningveien. Once you are at the top, Kleivstua can offer both lunch and dinner. This must be ordered on their website (g00gle Kleivstua). Sundvollen hotel also offers lunch and dinner upon booking.

If you are not full of adventures, it is possible to take a tandem glide with a paraglider from Dronningen's view. This is a unique experience! This must of course be ordered well in advance.

You have access to a rich and varied forest in steep terrain. The entire pitch with tent, toilet and stomp is at your disposal. The path up to the glamping is shared with another.
