On Bærum's 7th highest peak is a sports cabin with a fantastic view of the Oslofjord from Tryvann to Drøbaksundet. The cabin is located as the southernmost cabin on the ridge above Krydsbyløypa, with an unobstructed view of Bærumsmarka, Nordmarka, Holmenkollen, Oslo city and the fjord. Trulsrudkollen is a hidden gem of a viewpoint, higher than Kolsåstoppene, somewhat secluded compared to Haugskollen, but with all the better views. The view is also spectacular in the evening. When you are surrounded by the tranquility of the forest, you can enjoy the starry sky and at the same time glimpse the city lights in the distance. Large, unobstructed plot of 6.5 acres without other residents or views. Of the other view cabins for rent in Marka, only Fuglemyrhytta on Vettakollen, which is rented out by DNT, has something of the same, even though the view from there can in no way compare to Trulsrudkollen!

The cabin is excellent for one or two couples, a group of friends, or if you are looking for closeness to nature all alone.
