Heavenly High - treetop cabin in the middle of nature

With us, you will be close to nature and small birds while comfortably staying up in the treetops.

Heavenly High is located 30 kilometers northwest of Namsos along RV 769, the outer route of the Coastal Road. The treetop cabin has everything you need for a safe and comfortable stay among the treetops for up to 6 people.

We want you to experience the peace and quiet under the treetops, in the flames from the campfire, or in the crackling from the wood stove.

Bring your partner, family, or friends - or come alone. Take a break, high above everyday life.

Things to do:
Here you can cook in the fire pan on the terrace, take a walk along the water to the shelter to fry pancakes and brew coffee, cycle on the forest road, paddle a canoe, row a boat, try your luck fishing, take a mountain hike, swim in freshwater.

A rowing boat and canoe are included in the rental (available May-October), including life jackets and fishing gear.

The island of Jøa with Jøatrappa and cozy dining places is 30 minutes away by car/ferry.

If the weather is bad, you will find games for the whole family in the bookshelf. You can gather around the table for a game of yatzy, or let the kids play in the loft. Get comfortable, watch the flames in the wood stove, the small birds outside the windows, read a newspaper or the book you have been looking forward to.

Facts about the treetop cabin:
On the terrace, you can walk around the entire cabin and enjoy the view of mountains and water. There are benches and tables so you can sit outside to eat, and chairs where you can sit with your morning coffee together with the small birds.

The cabin is winter insulated and has sleeping places for 6 people: one bedroom with a double bed and 4 sleeping places in the loft. The kitchen has a gas stove and a small gas refrigerator, and everything you need of kitchen equipment and dishes. There is water from a tank in the loft for washing dishes and cooking. Fresh drinking water will be provided in the cabin for your arrival.

Heating is with a wood stove, and there is 12v solar power for lighting and charging mobile phones. The toilet is both inside the cabin and in the shed in the parking lot. Mobile coverage is limited, but you can send and receive messages.
