Glamping in Lofoten

For those who want to experience Lofoten in a unique way close to nature, but want a little more comfort than a tent. Here you can stay overnight in Domer which is located along the shoreline. There is a view out 1/4 of the dome, so you can lie in bed looking up at the northern lights or enjoy the view of the fjord and the peaks. The site has a large common area in the wood workshop.
There is a shared bathroom with a simple standard. The standard is simple and authentic. This is glamping. You sleep "outside" with good comfort

In winter it is important to bring wool and warm clothes, there is a gas stove and panel stove in the dome but it can draw from the floor.
The gas stove cannot be left on at night.
The floor in the dome consists of decking so you can feel the wind and the cold on cold days. In the bed there is an electric heating blanket that provides good warmth under the duvet.

From the property there are two mountain hikes within walking distance.

The door to the domain must always be locked even when you are in the domain, there can be strong gusts of wind that open the door if it is not locked and can damage it.

In the white building where the bathroom and common area are, there is a fire pan that can be used outside for grilling, there is charcoal next to it, must be put back in place after use. There are also two simple hotplates and a microwave here. The light switch for the building is on the wall on the right side.

Remember that the weather in Lofoten can be tough, especially with strong winds.

The floor in the domain consists of decking and is not sealed, so it can blow up from the floor. As described, it is like sleeping outside with the extra comfort of a double bed, panel stove, gas stove and heating blanket.
