Located in peaceful surroundings, the cabin is ideal for hikers, with several nice hikes available directly from the cabin, such as Kysingvatnet, Stokkvantet, Tifjellet, and Stokkfjellet. In addition, both Helgetunmarka and Trollheimen are just a short drive away.

The cabin is equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including flexible check-in and check-out, which can be arranged in advance. The cabin allows dogs, but they must be kept on a leash outdoors year-round. Smoking is prohibited indoors, and guests must ensure to clean up and close all doors and windows upon departure. Damages beyond normal wear and tear will be charged to the tenant.

The cabin is easily accessible, with a 900-meter walk from the parking lot in summer, and about 2 kilometers in winter. This makes it perfect for both a relaxing holiday and for adventurers who want to explore the surrounding mountains.
