Rustic log cabin by the water

Discover the rustic charm of our cabin from 1860, located in a remote area near Stall Gislesjø. Here you can experience fantastic views and get a true nature experience. The cabin is surrounded by great hiking terrain, and just a short walk away you will find a private bathing spot with a beach, perfect for families looking to enjoy peaceful days by the water.

With space for six people, the cabin is also pet-friendly, so the whole family, including the four-legged ones, can have a memorable holiday. Inside the cabin, you will find everything you need for a comfortable stay, including electricity and wifi, as well as a well-equipped kitchen with a refrigerator and grill for cooking (dishes and cutlery included). In the evening, you can gather around the fire pit to watch the stars or play board games inside the cabin. For longer stays, we can assist with laundry (laundry facilities available).

Our riding center offers opportunities for horseback riding for much of the year, and you can walk around the farm to meet horses, chickens, and cats. If you want a bit of city life, both Skien, Porsgrunn, and Bamble are only 20 minutes away by car.
