Perfect location for marveling at the aurora and midnightsun. Stunning nature scenery surronding the unit. Private location with lovely horses and exciting wildlife outside the windows. Warm and cosy arctic dome and tinyhouse. Outdoor jacuzzi with 40 degree celcius allyear temp. Amazing hiking possibilities. And still close to Tromsø with its viberating citylife.

Me and my small family own and run Storjord Gård. The farm offers stables for horses, as well as farm tourism. We work with Klauv & Rake, who produce wonderful organic vegetables and microgreens on the farm's land. I work daily as an organizational psychologist and love the opportunity farm tourism gives me to create unique experiences that really leave a mark on our guests.

This accommodation seemed unique. Staying in the igloo was indeed different, but the overall experience was not so good. The conditions shown in the photos are not representative of what they are nowadays. The space needs better maintenance. There are old items stored around the house, which gives a neglected impression. It’s a shame, because the location and the view are beautiful.

Incredible view. Falling asleep to the river right outside was so peaceful. The photos on the site are old. The hot tub is around the back & sort of scary at night - not what is in the picture. The tiny house was cramped with more stuff. I realized there was no photo of the bathroom after we arrived. I get why. A map would be helpful. Especially in the snow, it was hard to find. Worth it though.
